I’ve known & worked with Dan for the past 15 years.  I’m now a competitor and have the utmost respect for him after working on the “inside” with him for many years.  He is a rarity in the mortgage business---really gives his clients the best deal---EVEN when it costs him to do so.  Dan regularly takes a “hit” in his commission to provide his client the best deal.  All lenders can provide the same rates BUT it’s the TOTAL closing costs that vary dramatically.
