Dan - Just checking our mtg. balance and making out our house payment when I
checked the balance and almost fell out of my chair. Our balance has gone
from over $____ when we started with you and now thanks to you and your
excellence customer service our balance has dropped to $____ and change. I
can't believe how correct you were in that our mtg. balance is going down as
fast as it is. I am so glad that we 'bit the bullet' and went with the 15
year mtg.

At this rate I believe (and correct me if I am wrong) we will have a nice
tide equity balance should we sell our home (it was valued at $____ last
year) which would enable us to remove any debt and of course get a nice home
and really improve our cash flow - and we owe it all to you Dan!
