I have contacted Dale at First West, He will be giving you a call to go over the closing costs with you.

I have not reached Dan, he might be out of town, but when he returns he will be contacting you.

Both of these individuals are the best in the industry otherwise they would not be working for me. Please give them a chance to explain the difference in the Good Faith versus the Actual before making comments to others without having all the facts in front of you. My team of people put the customer first always, they provide Nordstrom Service, which is hard to find in this industry. If you are dissatisfied with the service it is a direct reflection upon myself.

Most closing do not occur on time.

Lenders don't get their documents to escrow 5 days in advance of closing they arrive on the day of closing or later because they watch the closing date and start working on the file then.

 Most escrow companies don't do mobile signing on the weekends.

The escrow company kept me updated every week as to the progress of your transaction, most do not provide this service you have to call with an escrow number wait on hold while they look for the file. Waller who??

Behind the scenes there is constant communication between the Escrow company the Title company and the Lender along with the Real Estate Agent, when all of these people have worked together as a unit it makes smooth sailing.

I have no horror stories to tell when these people are involved, I have a 100 and one stories over the years on different lenders, escrow companies and title companies.
