Dan,

Nancy and I want to thank you for working your magic with us for the second time.  Both times we have asked you to do what we thought would be an impossible task and you have succeeded beyond our expectations.  The first time we contacted you for a loan we had just arrived from Florida and the movers had our belongings in transit.  We had about two weeks until delivery and were told by our realtor that we probably wouldn't be able to complete the paperwork for a loan in that short a time.  We found a house and thanks to you had the loan approved so we could move in the day our belongings arrived.

The second time we contacted you we arranged to be prequalified in plenty of time but because it took so long to find a house we liked Nancy's employment changed.  Because of that we had to requalify with about two weeks to go before closing.  And again you came through not just with the approval but with a phenomenal rate.  Thanks Dan and you certainly have our vote for loan officer of the decade.  We have referred several friends who have also been pleased with your services.
