I just wanted to say thanks again for another great job working with Linda Tran and the Trace condo project!  Not only was it a very smooth transaction but you were able to get it closed a week early on a FHA Loan!

In talking with Anecia Peterson, the agent for Trace, she said to me yesterday that she was also amazed at what a great job you did.  She also said that they have not had a closing on time in the last 45 days and we were not only able to close on time but early!
